Game Story[edit | edit source]
We have little time; brevity is essential. The universe is manifold, unfurling as 52 unique realities. Collectively these realities are known as the Multiverse, and they face annihilation.
It began with the Cataclysm. First, cities disappeared, then continents, then entire worlds. They were scattered across the Bleed, realm between realities. No nation or technology could halt its spread, not the Lantern Corps, or even the combined might of Justice League allies and adversaries. The end was… inevitable.
It was then that I acted. I am Nix Uotan and I am last of the Monitors. My race's ancient power and technology preserved each universe-- separate and safe. Until our pride destroyed us and nearly the Multiverse.
Due to... events, I had only recently regained my powers and memories. With them I stopped the Cataclysm, yet its architect remains unknown, hidden. I sense that the Cataclysm was but the first battle in an unending war, an Infinite Crisis.
The Monitors and Forerunners are gone, new Protectors must rise in their place. My powers are insufficient against this unseen enemy. Human... with the gifts and technology of my people we can accomplish much. I offer you the Construct, a guide and assistant. Let us recruit heroes and villains from across the Multiverse to serve as Champions.
All Protectors must combine efforts. Train together and rise through the ranks in the Trials. Do this and in time you will help determine the course of our war. Together we will end this malevolent assault on existence!
Recruit a Multiverse of Champions[edit | edit source]
Play champions inspired by the 52 worlds of the DC Multiverse, where heroes and villains are shaped by post-apocalypse Earth, living nightmare landscapes, and an alternate age of steam-powered technology. Many more heroes and villains will be called to become champions in the coming months.
Iconic DC Locations[edit | edit source]
Gotham Divided: Tri-lane havoc meets modern twists in this destructive 5v5 where realities collide. Conquer the urban jungle to unlock and upgrade deployable health, speed, and disable skills. Provoke and vanquish the Leviathan boss to repurpose its weapons and obliterate your enemies.
Coast City: A faster two-lane 5v5, Coast City demands fresh and flexible strategy. Balance lane advancement with controlling critical objectives in the double-sized urban jungle. Upgrade your drones by capturing Power Relays, and choose whether or not to contest the mighty Doomsday Device.
Gotham Heights: Jump into instant action on this capture-and-hold 5v5, where team fights break out early and often over control of the Orbital Cannon, a tide-turning objective that unleashes meteor storms and huge Assault Drones.
Crime Alley: Crime Alley is the unfortunate nickname given to Park Row, the site of Thomas and Martha Wayne's murder. This 1vAI map is designed for new and seasoned Infinite Crisis players alike, offering everyone a private place to practice.
Shape How You Fight[edit | edit source]
Enhance your champions with Stolen Powers and Augments. Even alter the items they use with powerful Mods. Find the optimal strategy or flip the script and play a curveball creation.
Augments: Enhance your champion's stats to be an early-game threat or a late-game powerhouse. The choice is yours!
Mods: Perfect your favorite builds by lowering the cost or enhancing the strength of your preferred artifacts.
Stolen Powers: Mix and match unique powers to compliment your role and strategy. Throw cars, call down meteors, place surveillance cameras, and more!
Real Destruction[edit | edit source]
Throw cars and fallen meteors into enemy teams and tear apart entire maps using heroic and villainous powers. With real destruction, you can tear down whole structures while destroying your enemies.
