Infinite Crisis Wiki talk:Community portal

While this wiki might not have had as many hands workign on it, the one Gamepedia is more complete and up to date than the one on Wikia is. This one also has a lot of content that can't be found anywhere else on the internet, including high res artwork for both characters and their abilities and it would be terrible to lose it. We could work towards moving content over from here to the Fandom wiki? Would that help at all? FWIW, i'm saddened to see it go, you and I put a fair bit of time into the design. The wiki would not be deleted for this merger with the Fandom wiki, it would be set to read-only, but down the road, deletion might still come up — Game widow (talk) 20:10, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
There's too much content that would need to be copied over (basically the entire website), and I don't think most formats and templates would work there either.
Did someone request to keep the other site up over this one or is it just a case of the crossover project prioritizing wikia over gamepedia whenever possible?--Malvodion (talk) 20:21, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
As far as I know the deciding factor has so far simply been SEO superiority and pageviews, where Fandom came out on top — Game widow (talk) 21:31, 8 July 2020 (UTC)
I'm not entirely sure how Wikia works, you think it'd be possible to salvage and replace the pages with what's here? I just don't want all the work to be lost to time.--Malvodion (talk) 22:29, 13 July 2020 (UTC)
